About Inclusive Solutions Consulting
Empowering Accessibility. Enabling Growth.
Inclusive Solutions Consulting (ISC) is a disability-led social enterprise redefining how organizations approach accessibility, inclusion, and human-centered design.
Founded by Gabriel Harris — a C2/C3 quadriplegic strategist and advocate — ISC blends lived experience with professional expertise to close systemic accessibility gaps and build cultures of genuine inclusion.
We believe real equity begins with people — and grows through accountability, design, and leadership. We partner with businesses, governments, and nonprofits to make accessibility a core driver of innovation and ESG impact.
Our focus areas:
Accessibility Audits & Inclusive Design
Inclusive Innovation & Co-Design
Mentorship & Resilience Coaching
ESG-Aligned Social Impact Strategy
Every project we take on shares one mission:
To make inclusion the default — not the exception.
Led by Lived Experience. Built for Impact.
Inclusive Solutions was founded by Gabriel Harris, a C2/C3 quadriplegic with 17+ years of lived experience navigating healthcare, exclusion, trauma, and transformation. What began as a personal journey of resilience has grown into a platform for impact—supporting individuals through transitions while guiding organizations toward measurable inclusion.
Our lived experience is more than a story—it’s a strategy. We help organizations bridge the gap between intention and action, turning accessibility into authentic culture change.
🫱🏽🫲🏼 Let’s Work Together
Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, redesigning your workplace, or developing accessible technology, ISC brings empathy, expertise, and purpose to every project.
🚀 Through initiatives like AURVOX and PhoenixHaus, we’re expanding that same mission into emotional wellness and inclusive housing — proving that accessibility can redefine every area of life and design.
👉 Together, we can co-create a more inclusive future—one solution at a time.
