Real Inclusion. Real Impact. Rooted in Lived Experience.
🌍 Our Social Impact Model
Inclusive Solutions Consulting is more than a consulting firm—we’re a disability-led social enterprise driving systems-level change. We exist to close the accessibility gap through mentorship, innovation, and ESG-aligned strategy that’s built on real-life insight. Our approach blends human-centered coaching with organizational transformation—because we believe true equity starts with personal empowerment and expands through institutional accountability.
What Drives Us
We’re on a mission to make accessibility a standard, not an afterthought. That means:
Ensuring people with disabilities are not just consulted, but leading the conversation
Embedding emotional wellness, peer mentorship, and trauma-aware coaching into the inclusion journey
Helping organizations shift from compliance checklists to equity-centered strategies that last
Offering businesses a way to do better and do well, by aligning ESG goals with lived-experience design
How We Create Impact
We deliver outcomes on two powerful levels: 1️⃣ Individual Impact We empower people facing transition or trauma with lived-experience-guided support. Emotional wellness support for life transitions. Peer-led healing and resilience strategies. Because inclusion must start with the person who’s been excluded. . 2️⃣ Systemic Impact We help organizations evolve from awareness to authentic accessibility through strategy and accountability. ESG-aligned consulting for businesses, governments, and tech developers. Our InclusiveReady™ Certification, a lived-experience standard for measurable inclusion Because systems don’t change unless someone shows them how.
Why Lived Experience Matters
Founder Gabriel Harris, a C2-C3 quadriplegic, built Inclusive Solutions after 16 years of navigating inaccessible systems. Every service we offer is designed with this truth in mind: “You can’t design for us if you haven’t lived like us.” That’s why our impact isn’t hypothetical—it’s practical, personal, and built to last.
Our Theory of Change
Problem: Accessibility and inclusion efforts often fail because they are top-down, compliance-based, and disconnected from real needs.
Our Solution: Combine lived experience, mentorship, and ESG-aligned systems consulting to drive lasting change.
Our Impact: Empowered individuals, more equitable institutions, and a culture shift toward accessibility as a norm—not a favor.
